Chisk has been an active team player in the Commercial, Industrial, Multi Family Residential, Medical Clinics of various types as well as master planning and entitlement approval processing of projects of multiple proportions.
Commercial: With over 30 years successful experience, we have successfully designed and managed construction in several California properties for single tenant and multi tenant strip centers and open malls from Marine County in the North to Chula Vista and Mexico border to the south.
Restaurants: Our Project range from small (1500 sq.ft.) pizza take outs to 400 seat upscale restaurants has been our speciality and have designed several locations for national chains such as Buffalo Wild Wings, Papa Johns Pizza, Domino’s Pizza and several family owned and operated restaurants.
Our practice also includes several tenant improvement projects for nail salons, beauty salons, as well as book stores and retail stores of various types.
Industrial: We have planned incubator type small industrial projects as well as large warehouse Projects.
Multi Family Residential: Working with Land Brokers in California, we have designed model homes for multi family subdivisions of land from custom home designs for exclusive communities to affordable housing designs from Craftsman style to modern style of architectural themes.
Medical Clinics: We have designed and or have been in advisory capacity in design of dental clinics, outpatient family medicine clinics, dialysis clinics.
Entitlement Approvals: We have taken the raw land to the concept design and schematic design stage for various types of Commercial and mutli-use projects in various cities and processed approvals from Architectural Review Boards, Planning Commissions as well as City Councils or County Board of Supervisors.
