Problem
During discovery, in
an effort to uncover missing emails, a law firm
needed critical data extracted from 40 of the
adversary’s desktop computers. Much of the
data on the computers had been erased.
Solution
Chisk used its local
computer forensic experts to image the hard drives
and maintain a secure chain of custody of the
electronic evidence. Then with the help of its
offshore staff, Chisk was able to analyze the
duplicate drives and recover the missing information
at a fraction of the cost normally associated
with such work.
Application
With discovery
becoming increasingly dependent on the ability
to access electronic data, Chisk has all the necessary
resources to extract, rebuild and interpret data
from most major forms of electronic storage.
