Problem

A legal search customer had over 3 million pages of legal documents that needed to be entered into a searchable database. In addition, certain pieces of data needed to be extracted manually and entered into a separate file.

Solution

Chisk was able to use OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software to convert the scanned documents to a Microsoft Word format enabling searches online and created a Microsoft Excel database containing the extracted data.
