    Chisk Law Support is not a law firm. We do not give legal advice and do not engage in the practice of law. Chisk’s Law Support role is to support attorneys by providing lawyers with all the tools and support they need to leverage their business and improve their returns.

    Chisk Law Support guarantees complete satisfaction. If dissatisfied, for any reason, we will remedy the situation. If we are unable to remedy or satisfy a client to their complete satisfaction we will refund their money.

    The work will be returned in whatever format requested. If an unusual or proprietary format is requested, you will be notified and appropriate arrangements will be made.

    Payment can be made by check, Visa or Mastercard.




  10. Is the work product of Chisk Law Support covered by the attorney-client privilege and the attorney work product doctrine?
    Yes. Just like any information given to an expert witness or paralegal where the purpose is to aid the requesting attorney in giving legal advice to the client, information given to Chisk Law Support for the same rationale retains its privileged character and remains confidential.
