Shekhar Chitnis, CEO & President:

Shekhar, a successful entrepreneur, is CEO/President of Chisk, Inc. Most recently he was Chairman of Simpliciti. Prior to that, as the COO, he helped Liquidmetal Technologies (LQMT) grow from its early days to a successful IPO. He was Director of Marketing and Product Development at Ford of Japan and worked for Ford Motor Company in the US in various product development and program management roles. His educational background includes a BS degree in electrical and mechanical engineering from the University of Bhopal and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Scott Shea, President, U.S. Operations:

Scott’s twenty years of experience includes consulting and providing other services to law firms in the Litigation Services practices at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte & Touche and Cornerstone Research, Technology Licensing for the Boeing Company's Intellectual Property Business, Project Engineering for General Signal Corp. and as Corporate Controller and Acting CFO for an international trading company. His educational background includes West Point, BS in Chemical Engineering from UC Berkeley, and Doctoral Study of Economics and MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago and a CPA License.

Richard Magrann-Wells, Chief Marketing Officer:

Richard has worked at some of the world’s leading financial institutions in the field of corporate finance. Richard spent 15 years with Citibank in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco and Tokyo. Most recently with Merrill Lynch as a director and Wells Fargo as vice president in their international divisions. A member of the California State Bar Association, Richard’s educational background includes a BA in Political Science/International Relations from the University of Southern California, an MBA in Finance from NYU and a JD from UC Hastings.
